If something should go wrong during their travels, I act on my clients behalf to make sure the issue is resolved to their satisfaction.” 

John’s experience and skills have been gained through a combination of formal education and his own personal experience. He has earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Humboldt State University, Arcata, CA. and has worked as a home-based travel agent since 1998. He continues his training and certification by participating in destination specialist courses and seminars. In addition, John has sailed on many cruises, vacationed in all-inclusive resorts, and has visited many countries worldwide. He and his family are frequent visitors to Walt Disney World and Disneyland having traveled to both more times than he can count.
